Independent School District 318 Grand Rapids and Bigfork is asking for the public’s assistance. A few weeks ago one of the tennis courts at the middle school in Grand Rapids was vandalized. According to Superintendent Matt Grose the court was completely painted over and was turned into a pickleball court. The school district has been looking for the individual responsible as no one was given permission to do this.
The school district considers this an act of vandalism and has contacted the authorities who have opened an investigation. Due to the act against the school they are not able to use the courts as they were originally intended for as it goes against Minnesota State High School League.
