Riverfest held in Grand Rapids

Grand Rapids Riverfest took place last weekend, drawing crowds during the entire event. There was live music, food and different events taking place during the festival. Held once a year, the festival helps celebrate local Grand Rapids Area talent and culture, where it brings in musical acts that are known through out the region and nation. This year had a mix of music which gave participants a wide variety and something for everyone. Taking place just off the banks of the Mississippi River, to also brought local vendors to participate which highlighted the entire event. Residents and visitors flocked to the event and have continued to do so for years.
