Judge Fralich appointed by the Governor

Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan announced the appointment of Jessica Fralich as District Court Judge in Minnesota’s Sixth Judicial District. Fralich will replace the Honorable David M. Johnson and will be chambered in Duluth in St. Louis County. Minnesota’s Sixth Judicial District encompasses Carlton, Cook, Lake, and St. Louis counties. Jessica Fralich is the city attorney for the City of Duluth, where  she oversees both civil and criminal litigation and advisory matters. She previously served as a referee for the Sixth Judicial District and as a prosecutor for the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office.
