The Itasca County Sheriff’s Office issued an authority to detain on Deven Jean Oothoudt at 202 Hawkins Ave on Tuesday. According to the authority to detain information sheet from the Sheriff's Office, the individual is charged with a 3rd degree sale which is described as a felony if convicted. The individual in question was booked into Itasca County Jail waiting for court appearance.
