Hibbing Methamphetamine bust

On December 6, 2025, at approximately 5:50AM Travis Timothy White DOB 10/1/1983 was detained by members of Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force during a traffic stop in the City of Hibbing. The vehicle White was driving was towed to the Sheriff’s Office in Hibbing pending the execution of a search warrant.

During the execution of the search warrant on White’s vehicle, approximately three pounds of methamphetamine, a digital scale and plastic baggies were located. White was lodged at the St. Louis County jail in Hibbing.

A short time later, members of the LSVOTF and Hibbing Police Department executed a search warrant at White’s residence in the City of Hibbing. During the execution of the search warrant, Deann Marie Buncich DOB 3/1/1984 was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and lodged at the St. Louis County jail in Hibbing.

On December 9, 2025, Travis White was arraigned in St. Louis County Court (Hibbing) for 4 counts of 1^st degree methamphetamine charges. Bail was set at $350K.

Deann Buncich was arraigned for 1 count of 5^th degree possession methamphetamine. Bail was set at $10K.
