Grand Rapids State Bank Celebrates Promotions

Internal Promotions have been announced for the leadership team of Grand Rapids State Bank, according to Noah W. Wilcox, President and CEO of Grand Rapids State Bank.
Nate Lloyd has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Grand Rapids State Bank. Nate started at the bank in February of 2015 and has been with the bank for 10 years. He has worked in various roles during his banking career, starting as a Credit Analyst before being promoted to Commercial Lender, Assistant Vice President, Vice President-SBA/Commercial Lender, and most recently as Vice President, Business Banking. Nate noted, “I am very fortunate to work alongside an incredible team at Grand Rapids State Bank that genuinely cares about our customers and the community. I am honored and excited for the opportunity to help lead the bank.”
Dale Rosier has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Grand Rapids State Bank, leading the Personal Banking team. He was hired at GRSB as a Loan/Compliance Officer in 1998 and in 2001 was appointed Security Officer and transitioned to the role of Pokegama Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President. In 2007, Dale became Vice President of Personal Banking and in 2017 he joined the Senior Credit Committee and became an ALCO Committee Appointee. “I look forward to this new role with Grand Rapids State Bank. It is my commitment, along with the staff at GRSB, to continue to deliver the highest quality of products and services and to grow our Community Banking role in Grand Rapids and the surrounding communities.” mentioned Dale.
Lynn Acheson has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations for Grand Rapids State Bank. Lynn has been with the bank for 41 years. During that time, she has worked in or directly with every department of the bank and has been in the operations department for the last 25 years. In 2011, Lynn became Assistant Vice President-Operations, and in 2015 she became Vice President-Operations where she manages and oversees the account services, credit card, and operations support teams. When asked about her promotion, Lynn said, “I’m incredibly honored and excited to step into the role of Senior Vice President of Operations. After more than four decades with the bank, I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing to support our customers, our community, and the future growth of the bank”
Julie Wilcox has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Alignment Officer and retains her role as Chief Marketing Officer and director of Grand Rapids State Bank. Julie has been with the bank for 12 years. Julie also serves on the board of Minnesota Lakes Bank. “I’m honored to be a part of the Grand Rapids State Bank leadership team and thankful for the opportunity to take on this new role. I look forward to serving our customers, supporting our dedicated staff, and contributing to the success of this wonderful community in an even greater capacity,” said Julie.
Noah W.
