Duluth City Council September 24th 2024

Duluth city council is continuing the process of examining the city’s budget for the upcoming year. At the next city council meeting members will look into restoring $600,000 of funding for the crisis response team that was initially cut from the mayor’s initial budget proposal. The crisis teams are comprised of trained community members who respond to people in a crisis in situations where a law enforcement presence may not be required.
