3 Vehicle Accident in Duluth

The Duluth Police department reports that a three vehicle accident took place on Rice Lake Road near the Marshall School in Duluth on Monday afternoon, September 30. According to authorities the vehicle hit another vehicle that was going northbound Rice Lake Road. The vehicle going northbound attempted to weave out of the way, but then went into opposing land, which caused a head on collision with another vehicle traveling southbound on Rice Lake Road. the driver attempting the left-hand turn sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital. That driver also received a citation for failing to yield. Members of the Duluth Fire Department, Duluth Police Department, and Mayo Ambulance responded the scene. This story is courtesy of WDIO.
