The Super Cruiser started life in 1971 as a Chevrolet ambulance. After being retired from emergency runs, it became the mobile emergency communications vehicle for the Northern Lakes Amateur Radio Club. From here it was purchased by KNNS-FM radio, which of course eventually became KMFY-FM, sister station to KOZY-AM. The Super Cruiser is to be found at live broadcasts and events, as well as parades throughout our listening area.
